"Through Your Heart" – international youth exchange Erasmus+
On September 14-22, 2023, the "Through Your Heart" youth exchange took place in Brzozów, Poland.
The project was implemented under the Erasmus+ program. Three organizations took part in the exchange: Development Support Association - Beyond the Horizon from Poland, Fundatia Zamolxes from Romania and Postoyanna promyana from Bulgaria.
The primary objective of our project is to promote a healthy lifestyle and physical activity. The activities were workshop-like, participants had previously prepared presentations and presented them to their peers. The topic of difficult emotions and how to deal with them, discover one's strengths and weaknesses, and improve self-esteem was discussed. During the discussion, there were many interesting examples of active leisure time. The participants took part in dance workshops.
